We curate premium handcrafted items made of brass, bronze, copper, and other alloys. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

• Slight variations in color, dimensions, weight, and hand-tool details are natural characteristics and not defects.
• Brass and bronze naturally oxidize over time, developing a rich patina. Please refer to our Care Guide for cleaning and maintenance instructions.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices shown on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless indicated otherwise, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items without prior notice. Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway partners. We do not store card numbers or sensitive credentials.

5. Cancellation & Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for reasons including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected transaction fraud. If we cancel your order after processing payment, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
